Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 130” is unique in its unglamorous portrayal of the so-called “Dark Lady” to whom it is addressed. In it, the narrator offers us a startlingly generous list of differences between the Dark Lady and your stereotypical beauty: she has ugly lips, a bad complexion, frizzy hair, colorless cheeks, smelly breath, an unmelodic voice, and a funky gait.
Giggles aside, what makes this description more compelling than Shakespeare’s other sonnets – particularly those in the “Fair Youth” series – is the fact that the narrator mentions the Dark Lady’s breath, voice, and gait. Big whoop, you say? In the world within the poem, this woman breathes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], speaks, walks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and lives as her own autonomous entity, which is much more than can be said for the youth to which most of Shakespeare’s other sonnets are dedicated. Check out “Sonnet 18,” for example,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which insists that the youth only lives thanks to the awesomeness of the poem itself: “So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], / So long lives this and this gives life to thee.” Ouch.
In spite of the Dark Lady’s unattractiveness,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the narrator then claims that she is “as rare / As any she belied with false compare.” And he doesn’t mean rare in the endangered-species sense, either. But before you start to ooh and aah over the romantic turn in “Sonnet 130,” consider the fact that in Shakespearean English, the word “belied” can mean to be both falsely represented and sexually mounted. In other words, the narrator might well be accusing all those other romantic love poems of using flattery to get their addressees in bed. Which is pretty ironic coming from – what else! – a romantic love poem.

Before you even contact the other side, think about your interests and concerns and what’s really important to you. 6. MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE

As a leader, manager, supervisor, or employee, finding ways to free up time to accomplish important priorities is essential for getting more done in less time with less effort. In fact one of the first questions of any effective manager or leader facing a task should be, “Who else can I get to do this?” Using delegation as a fulcrum point easily doubles or triples productivity. Even if you have no work-place authority with which to delegate, you can always negotiate work-place job sharing, delegate tasks at home (cleaning, gardening etc.), and even delegate to time*.
3. PICK THE RIGHT DELEGATE
Find people you think are ready for the task or who are trainable. Delegation is an effective way to introduce succession planning--grooming others to take your place so that you can move onward and upward. It’s also a great way to retain employees. When people feel needed and given opportunities to grow, their loyalty deepens as well. A person’s readiness means considering each candidate's interest level in the task, his/her previous training, capability, and availability. Also determine if the project needs full-time attention. Very often managers work backward by having a candidate in mind, and then trying to make the person's qualifications fit the task. First define the skills needed for the task and then find the person who best fits the project’s needs. Be aware that you can reassign and delegate tasks, but you cannot escape ultimate responsibility and accountability for your assigned areas of responsibility. Authority is the right to take action in direction, coordinating the activities of others in achieving goals, and the right to use discretion. Responsibility is the obligation of subordinates to their superiors for performing certain duties; and the obligation of supervisors to provide proper guidance, support, resources, and trust.
5. ESTABLISH PROJECT CHECKPOINTS
Establish a mutually acceptable, regularly scheduled checkpoint meeting schedule ahead of time. Also define expectations for what needs to be completed at each checkpoint to guide performance along the way. New employees require more frequent coaching and instructional checkpoints, while more experienced employees generally need less supervision. Between checkpoints, avoid hounding with see-through inquiries such as, "How's it going? Let me look over what you have so far." You may think it sounds like interest, but the delegate could interpret it as distrust or micromanagement.
2. DEFINE SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE GOAL
Break the project down into the necessary behaviors, attitudes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and prior knowledge/skills needed to produce a successful outcome. SK telecom on Thursday announced it posted sales of W2.712 trillion (US$1= W929) and the net income of 396.3 billion in the first quarter this year. Sales went up by 6.7 percent and net income increased by 17.5 percent year-on-year. London-based financial advisers Koryo Asia said they will buy North Korea's Taedong Credit Bank, which is under U.S. sanctions, and persuade Washington to lift the sanctions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Bloomberg reported Friday.
Taedong Credit is among the North Korean banks whose accounts in Macao's Banco Delta Asia were frozen in September 2005 after the U.S. Treasury Department identified the BDA as Pyongyang's "primary money-laundering concern." How we look at our life and the world around us has a lot to do with how we live our lives. The same can be said for how we see the world around us; it is all a matter of our perception. Two people seeing the same thing will of course interpret it differently. Two people living basically the same life will see and understand it from two different points of view.
When you are sad,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], does everything in your life seem to fit this perspective,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], like everything matches how you feel? If you feel down and depressed, is it harder to see the possibilities and the hope in your life? It is because of how you see yourself and the moments you are in that create the world you exist in. We continue feeling this way because of our perspective, and then we keep ourselves locked into this behavior with a momentum that is hard to stop. We may not even fully realize that we are doing this to ourselves, for it has at one point become ordinary. We can shift out of this; we can let go of the perception so that we can see life differently. How do you do this, how can you let go of something that feels real and permanent? First, you must imagine being without it; you must really believe you can let it go and that it is in your best interest. For when you feel negative in any way, the world and your life will reflect this, and you will continue to live this way. When you let go of that perception of seeing the world and your life from that point of view, the hope, openness, and possibilities can be seen again.
We set the stage for our lives by how we see it. Imagine clearing the stage and creating a new world and life to live in. Do this by setting aside how you have decided you feel and how the world seems to be. Lay it aside so that you can live your life free of the constraints of your predetermined idea of what it is. Simply by realizing you do not have to live this way and that you no longer want to,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can let it go. Do not make it any harder than this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for that is negativity creeping in and telling you cannot let it go. Of course you can. At one point in your life, you developed this point of view, and you can also let it go. We are in charge of ourselves,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], our behavior, our perceptions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and we have the capability to always change, no matter what. The possibilities are endless in our lives; who we are is always changing and there is always hope, for life never stays the same. Imagine that you are done with feeling this way, that life is not only what or how you think it is. Imagine just letting go of what used to be you, who you were, and how you saw the world so that you can live from a more open and accepting place.
Why does this negative outlook on life happen? It often happens because we get locked into one way of being and stay there. We forget to let go of our perceptions, emotions, or thoughts after the initial moment is gone; we continue to see the world and our lives from the same point of view that created the negativity. We do not let go so that we can go back to seeing the world from a more open perspective. If we keep this perspective for too long, everything begins to feel and seem like it is hard, unacceptable,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and a strain. Life is not really this way; it is often our perception that clouds the reality and causes us to live this life.

I have a family member who used to get under my skin so badly that I never wanted to pick up the phone. I would literally cringe when I recognized who was on the other end of the line. Personal Coaching is a learning process. A coach provides a place for clients to be held accountable to themselves by monitoring the clients' progress towards implementation of their action plans. Together they evolve and modify the plan to best suit the client's needs and environmental relationships. A Personal Coach acts as a human mirror for clients by sharing an outside and unbiased perspective on what they are observing about their clients. A Personal Coach may teach specific insights and skills to empower the client toward their goals. Finally, a Personal Coach encourages the client to celebrate the achievement of milestones and goals.
Personal Coaching is a term generally used in the fields of business, executive, life, dating and career coaching to differentiate the coaching process from the more popular connotation of sports coaching. However,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sports and personal coaching have the same origin.
Clients are responsible for their own achievements and success. The client takes action; and the coach may assist, but never leads or does more than the client. Therefore, a coach cannot and does not promise that a client will take any specific action or attain specific goals.

In North America the terms "certification" or "certified" typically refer to an individual who has achieved certain standards,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and the terms "accreditation" or "accredited" typically refer to an organization (school) that has achieved certain standards.
