And that's where it can be challenging...
So why not do what you did then in order to commit yourself now?
And, now, having had my kids, I'm going through the same ritual to get back into competitive running again.
In fact,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], everything I did was part of a "COMMITMENT RITUAL" that got me hooked on running -- and not just willing, but EAGER -- to get up and train at 6am every morning -- rain, hail or shine!
Now you might have a different Commitment Ritual. In fact, you might have different Commitment Rituals for different kinds of goals. But the point is -- you have at least one Commitment Ritual.
Sounds simple... but what that really means is committing yourself to doing every single thing that's necessary to achieve that goal.
For example,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if you're starting a new hobby, you might recall that when you embraced other hobbies in the past you did specific things that helped you learn a lot about the hobby and develop key skills in a relatively short period of time. It might have been purchasing books and magazines related to the hobby, visiting relevant websites, and/or joining groups of like-minded people to discuss and take part in the hobby.
That's what commitment to a goal is really about.
So,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]... how do you commit yourself then?
You see, you've already committed to achieving goals in the past... and you've achieved those goals.
And what works for you is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]... WHAT HAS WORKED FOR YOU BEFORE.
That's how I committed myself to running,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
You may tell yourself that you're "committed" to getting a new job,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]... or to start a business,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]... or to become wealthy... or to get a book published...
You'll hear people talk about visualization,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], affirmations, positive self-talk and other techniques designed to "re-program" your mind so that you're COMPELLED to fulfill your commitment. You'll also hear many people claim that these techniques don't work!
Not only are these activities enjoyable and valuable in themselves, but they also form your Commitment Ritual, which essentially enables you to fully commit to, and stick with, the new hobby.
But have you really committed yourself to doing ALL the little -- and big tasks -- that are necessary to achieve that goal? Are you committed to making ALL the necessary sacrifices?

So... the question is:
Well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it doesn't matter "what works" -- what matters is "what works for YOU".
Author's Bio:
Another example -- when I decided to become a competitive runner a few years ago (as opposed to just running for fitness) I read a lot of books and magazines about running, I joined a running club,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I kept a training diary, I joined an online running forum, I competed in races,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and I visualized a lot, among other things.
Which tried and true Commitment Ritual can you use now to achieve your current goal,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]?
To achieve any goal, all you need to do is COMMIT yourself to achieving it.

It is helpful to avoid making hasty decisions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as most people are uncomfortable making hurried decisions. Be realistic about all of your choices. Also be realistic about the feeling or belief that you may have of living up to other peoples’ expectations. This consideration is usually our wanting approval, wanting control, or perhaps wanting to feel safe. When you have important decisions to make,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], approach your choices optimistically. Let’s say the choices presented to you include trying a new restaurant or engaging in skydiving. Clearly these choices are very different. Neither choice is good or bad. Although what’s important to consider is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], “How do we react?” Considerations are merely a reflection of something we might be interested in experiencing. We could easily opt to do or not do either one of the choices presented (try a new restaurant or participate in skydiving activities). If we are enthusiastic, we might elect to participate in both options. Then again we might suggest going along and watching others that are adventurous,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], although informing the requester that we won’t be engaging in the actual skydiving activity. Another decision might be declining all involvement. Again, there is no right or wrong choices. Choices are only a reflection of one’s current level of comfort or experience.
In reality the process of “changing” is simply making a decision to do something other than what we are currently doing. Change is a reflection of current attitudes. Sometimes we choose to make changes that are relatively simple like deciding where to eat or what to order. Surely deciding where to go to lunch is a fairly simple process; although it can be cumbersome if 14 people are included in the decision process. Perhaps if we are dining alone, or happen to be in an unfamiliar area, we may also be inclined to ask for recommendations. So looking at change includes various factors and will be different for each person. All change is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], is an opportunity to experience something different.
What’s important to remember is actually making a decision! Being afraid to move forward or afraid of making a mistake is keeping us stuck in unhealthy patterns. Life is a decision, and then another one, and so on. The more we practice making decisions that feel right for us,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the better we will feel about our current situations. Be willing to try new things to be inspired and also to gain new experiences. Be Ok if at first you fumble or feel a bit awkward. Success is also a series of decisions and considerations. Each step that we take out of our comfort zone provides us with many healthy and rewarding outcomes. Change your mind and your whole life changes.
Change or modification is specifically unique to each person’s individual thought processes and experiences. If we learned to approach the subject of change in an optimistic manner, we are probably more inclined to try new things easily and often. In choosing “something different or to do something else” is quite simply offering us an opportunity to experience a new and (hopefully) rewarding outcome. In regards to the dining example,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], realistically in a few moments we could review the menu,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], perhaps ask a member of the wait staff for their recommendations, and then easily place our order. However,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if we learned to approach change hesitantly or through the viewpoint of fear,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], our choices will reflect our being in fear. If this is the manner in which we make decisions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then even something relatively simple like trying a new restaurant or ordering something unfamiliar,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], could be awkward if we are uncertain about trying new things.

• “I feel like I am being pushed out to pasture and compartmentalized to reduce the real value I have to offer the company,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I am not ready to be counted out”
• “Why do we keep trying these same things over and over again that have never worked in the past?”
• “Things are really more complicated that we want them to be and it takes time to get the right results without making too many mistakes or getting undesirable side effects,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].”
• “I deserve respect and acknowledgment for what I know and all the successes I have accomplished, but I am not getting it.”
Resolving the inevitable conflicts that are bound to occur with any “us vs. them” group divisions, is a manager’s purpose which can be savored and perfected for opportunities of reapplication to new problems that aren’t ever solved or cured, just managed better.
Because of today’s economic uncertainty, earlier entry into occupations and delayed retirements, there is a growing gap and conflict emerging in the workplace between younger and older employees. The conflicts between youthful energy, quickness, fluid values, simple solutions and self-interest, and older wisdom, understanding of complexities, conservative values, resistance to change and tempered egos, can disrupt any manager’s progress in building workplace teams to get results.
3,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The Fun Part Is Supposed To Be The Journey,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
1. You Can Only See Half The Truth With One Set Of Eyes.
The challenge for managers of today’s bimodal organizations is to seek creative resolutions to these inevitable conflicts, in order to get to the other side were maximum productivity and results are always waiting. We know from experience that denying or avoiding these conflicts just prolongs and worsens them. Below are a few tips to facilitate this needed process to minimize the down-time from these sorts of disruptive conflicts.
2. The Creative Process Is Natural.
Here are the three realities that have to be considered and absorbed by younger and older workers and the managers who are trying to resolve the inevitable conflicts between such employees:
From the Older Worker’s Perspective:
Resolving The Clash Between Younger and Older Workers
By
Bill Cottringer
• “I know I have great ideas to offer,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so why am I in a catch-22 where ZI either have to be quiet and just pay my dues,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or speak up and get ignored?”
• “I am very fast in getting results, isn’t that what counts most?”
• “So what if it has been tried before and failed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the situation may be different this time around, and besides you had your shot earlier, so why don’t I get my chance?”
• “I think everybody views me as a silly kid who doesn’t know anything or have any useful experience,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I know better.”
But first,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], let’s pause and take the temperature of typical workplaces today to get a better sense of the emotional depth of the problem. Here are common, recently collected comments from both sides of the fence:
As Plato said,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], “Justice is just a way to repair injustice.” The purpose of any conflict in work,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], life or a relationship is to offer the experience of going through the creative process that is occurring naturally all around us. We explore one side of the equation first and then the other side, so we can get to the middle ground, which actually turns out to be past both sides of the particular equation we are exploring. Where we end up is the “Land of Good and Plenty” which is always on the other side of the conflict.
Take the creative power of “The Secret” as an example. We find out what we want to attract and then what we are doing to attract just the opposite, so we can eventually attract only our real desires. One way of interpreting this, is to see it as very self-centered and egotistical; but another way is to see everything we think or do as both self-centered and other-directed, or selfish and selfless. It depends upon where we are in the creative process of the particular equation we are working on.
Our journey to find “the whole truth and nothing but the truth” is a road under perpetual learning, growing and improving. Just about the time we think we have grasped the whole truth of something, the possibility of the opposite pops into our awareness. This reality is a hard one for our ego’s to accept—having to adopt tentativeness about something we think we know for sure, instead of being able to feel more comfortable by making it a certainty. But, just like the wage line on the social security tax formula that keeps getting moved ahead, truth keeps expanding wider than our current understanding.
The application of this reality to resolve our conflicts with younger and older employees in the workplace is simple: We need both the energy, quickness, simple solutions and personal values of youthful workers and the slow but steady wisdom, complicated answers and varied experiences of the older workers. But keep in mind once this conflict is resolved, there will surely be another one to come along as this current young vs. old worker conflict followed the diversity one earlier.
From the Younger Worker’s’ Perspective:
We have all been brainwashed into getting caught up in an instantaneous world were speed is a highly prized value, despite the blurring it brings. What this does to our thinking is to over-emphasize the destination of our journey at the expense of not enjoying the journey along the way to that destination. We miss a lot of fun and enjoyment, by not stopping and smelling the roses before we pick them for a bouquet.
“Conflict is inevitable,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but combat is optional.” ~Max Lucade.

The school is the centre of learning and a temple of knowledge. School uniforms help students perform academically better and bring in a sense of equality among students. A School uniform gives identity to a school as it becomes very easy for people to recognize the student’s school when they wear their school uniforms. Even if a child gets lost,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], people can bring them back to the school. When all the students wear the same kind of dress,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], their economic backgrounds are not revealed.

This kind of a situation can have an adverse effect on a child’s mental and behavioral development. School uniforms greatly benefit both the students and the faculty by creating an atmosphere in which the students are able to get the most out of their education. So the school uniform brings in equality,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], maintains discipline,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and helps in building unity.
Author',[link widoczny dla zalogowanych];s Bio: ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych];
As young people are more into fashion so the regime of a uniform in school is best to keep young minds away from the standard set by the school. Kids at a younger age when accustomed to following the uniform system are seen to treat lesser privileged people without any bias. School uniforms help to maintain school discipline,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], reduce social conflict,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], violence and cause no distractions during classes.
This also helps in maintaining a degree of unity among the students. Researchers lately proved that students having dress codes are able to concentrate more on their studies and sports. They don’t have peer pressure as to what they should wear to school everyday. Having a dress code helps students to focus solely on education,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], rather than on clothing and being brand-conscious at school. It is a common problem that children become sensitive regarding their outfit because of being teased by peers for not wearing branded clothes.
“While in Rome do as Romans do”. Inorder to maintain the decorum,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a person should wear clothes according to the situation and place. It’s mandatory for the students to attire themselves in school uniforms while in school as there are a number of advantages. To begin,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it saves the parents their money,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], helps kids focus on academics and most importantly help to avert violence in a school.

The growth gap between emerging markets and developed nations will continue to widen as expansion in emerging economies will only accelerate, an investment guru predicted on Friday.
Mohamed El-Erian,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], CEO and co-chief investment officer of the world's largest bond fund Pacific Investment Management Co.,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], said the pace of growth in emerging economies will be faster than originally expected.
In a radio interview on Bloomberg Surveillance with Tom Keene,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], El-Erian said emerging markets have an advantage over advanced countries as their markets mature and their governments move quicker on structural changes.
"The structural vision is going on outside of industrialized countries,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he said. "You go to Brazil,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you go to Russia,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you go to China: they are thinking structurally whereas industrial countries are thinking cyclically." In fact some nations are growing so quickly that they are looking for ways to cool down,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he added.
Meanwhile,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], industrialized countries need both stimulus and austerity,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], El-Erian pointed out. "It's not just about the lack of global aggregate demand. It's that the U.S. and other industrial countries have to adjust to some major global and national realignments."
Since last year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the investor has asserted that industrial countries are entering an economic state that he calls the "new normal,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," characterized by low growth,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], low consumption and high unemployment.

3,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Ask questions during conversation.
1,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Widen the range of things you do,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
When you play an active role in a conversation, it makes you pay more attention to it. Well, you can force yourself to play an active role,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for example by deciding to ask the other person question while they are talking to navigate the conversation and get specific details.
As you practice, you’ll discover that you’ll get better during conversations at focusing on the other person’s words when they speak and listening to them. Because you are more used to being present.
Being present means being attentive to the activity you’re doing at a certain point and to what’s going on around you to boot. It’s about living the experience rather than being in your head, thinking about something else.
Once you decided to ask questions, this compels you to actually listen to what the other person says, because that needs to be clear for you in order to ask suitable questions. It’s a great little technique to get yourself not only listening more, but also more engaged in the discussion.
And this is something you can practice. When you find yourself in your head,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], wrapped in your thoughts rather that paying attention to what’s going on, deliberately shift your attention towards the activity. You can do this in conversation situations as well, but not just in them.
Try these methods and I’m sure you’ll see very good outcomes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. They have been tested again and again in a variety of social situations and they work brilliantly well in improving how people interact with each other,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
So, expand your horizons. Get some hobbies, try new things, and learn new things. As you do so your interests will expand and you’ll enjoy talking about a lot more topics. Because you resonate with them on a personal level.
Do you want to have a stronger social impact on others? Then become a better listener and better able to understand other people’s perspective,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. There are 3 very effective ways to do this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Many times we have problems paying attention to what someone says because we have no experience in that area and so it doesn’t resonate with us. If someone talks about their travelling experiences and you barely did any travelling, there is little common ground so you might have a hard time paying attention.
Listening skills play a crucial role in building quality relationships with others. It is through good listening that you are able to get a grasp on their inner and outer world. So when you speak,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you are better equipped to have a strong impact on them and see good results.
2. Practice being present,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The people with the worst listening skills are typically the ones who don’t have much of a life. Because they have not developed their interests so there are few conversation topics that appeal to them.
Considering this, I’d like to show you the top 3 ways I know for becoming a better listener,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], based on my experience as a confidence and communication coach.

A team of Korean genetic engineers has successfully extracted a protein used to treat blood diseases such as leukemia from chickens,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Prof,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Kim Tae-wan of Daegu Catholic University Medical School announced Sunday that his research team succeeded in producing chickens with the hG-CSF protein via a gene modification process,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The team successfully hatched 17 chicks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and confirmed that 3.4 of hG-CSF was found in every 1 ml of the blood of the full-grown chickens. (One is one one-millionth of a gram.)
"If a substantial amount of hG-CSF is found in not only the blood but also in the eggs,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we can make a profit out of this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," Kim said. Kim said he is working on a follow-up study to make the protein naturally pass on to second and third generation chicks.
The result of Kim's study was published in the international scientific journal Molecular Reproduction and Development,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

Muscle Focus:
This is the one time in your life you are going to need arm strength, the biceps are going to get over worked from the motion of picking up the baby so it’s important to balance these out and keep the triceps strong as not to put unwanted strain on them.
3 sets of 10 reps
Rotator cuff muscles are the small muscles that stabilize the shoulder joint. If these get weak from over use you could end up with bicep tendonitis or other potential injuries. This is very common with Moms as everything is usually done with one hand while holding the “little one” in the other,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
• Drawing your shoulder blades down activating your upper back muscles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], engaging abs at all times. Keeping your abs strong and being aware of contracting them is very important as they play an important role in stabilizing and protecting the back.
Muscle Focus:
Upper back and hamstring flexibility. This exercise will strengthen the mid upper back and open up the tight thoracic area of the spine, correcting bad habits that the body formed through pregnancy.
Hands are directly under your shoulders and knees are on the ground in a modified push-up,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The pelvis is slightly pressed forward creating work in the abdominals that stabilize the spine. Place the theraband under the right hand on the floor and extend opposite arm in a tricep extension,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Whilst extending the working arm be careful to keep the wrist in line with the hand not to create any unwanted tension/strain.
3 sets of 10-15 reps
Butterfly ab curls
Muscle focus:
You can do this exercise either seated or standing; hold the elbows close to the waist with palms facing the sky holding the theraband,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Pulling the hands away from each other externally rotating the shoulders
Rotator Cuff Strengthener
• Translating this in to functional activities such as picking the baby up out of the crib will really save your back.
Reps:
Spine extension with pulses
Reps:
Read:How to Reduce the Cost of Your Gym Membership
Lying on the floor with heals of feet together and knees bent to the side in a frog like position. Arms are straight over you head, circle arms around and lift the head neck shoulders off the floor exhaling pulling in the abs hold for 5 seconds and return back to starting position.
Muscle Focus:
Over time in pregnancy our posture completely changes due to the increased weight of the baby bringing our body forward and causing the spine to round forward with the shoulders. This causes the back muscles to become very stretched out and weak,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Seated up right with legs in front of body shoulder width apart,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], hands over your head. Hinge forward from the hips leading with the sternum,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], biceps are by your ears. Hold this position and slightly pulse the arms behind the body mobilizing the shoulders and working the upper back. Return back to an upright position to repeat the movement again.
We all know how difficult it is to stay in shape and find time to exercise – but most especially for women with babies or small kids. There’s the sleep-deprivation factor, no time and priority changes. So what are the fitness options for busy Moms?
Reps:
Reps:
3 sets of 10 Pulses
As you exhale and bring the head neck and shoulders off the floor think of pulling your abdominals in up and back to the spine. Moms,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this is a time you can practice doing your kegal on the contraction working the pelvic floor.
The fact is, the more you can take of yourself and the better you feel,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the stronger you will be physically and emotionally to take on the day with the “little ones” and all of life’s challenges.
3 sets of 10-15 reps on each side
Keeping you abs strong is essential for keeping your whole body strong and restoring poor posture left over from pregnancy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

When we’re entertaining procrastination and perfectionism, we’re traveling The Road of Illusions. Our self-sabotage is similar to wearing thick, dark glasses that zap night-time visibility on a foggy street devoid of stars or streetlamps.

The Japanese daily Tokyo Shimbun quoted a North Korean internal document on Tuesday that says the North Korean government has urged its people to watch each other more closely saying that bibles and films from capitalistic nations have been flowing into the country through bordering areas with China,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
This document,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which was published by the North Korean Workers Party late last year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], pointed out that former Eastern European communist countries collapsed because they had not recognized the harm of capitalistic culture. It emphasized the importance of learning the lessons of history. The document also said that books that propagate the Bible and religious superstitions are widespread in the border area,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as are movies and CDs that both depict life in capitalist countries and distort North Korea.
It warned that these smuggled goods are the most poisonous factor to the healthy thoughts of the North Korean people and reading or watching them in curiosity once or twice will destroy the people and their families,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the Japanese newspaper reported. The North Korean authority signed an agreement on guarding the border region with a Chinese military delegation at the end of last year. Although the agreement has yet been revealed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it seemingly aims to strengthen the border controls,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the Tokyo Shimbun said.

Famous portals like Yahoo,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], encyclopedias,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], dictionaries and book information web sites are raising problems by explaining that Pyongyang, the current capital of North Korea,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], was a Chinese colony for about 2,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 years.
According to the cyber-diplomacy group Voluntary Agency Network of Korea (VANK),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the sites in question are Yahoo.com; the worlds biggest encyclopedia,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Your Dictionary.com; online English dictionary site Dictionary.com; and the book information site Bartleby.com.
All these web sites have an introduction to Pyongyang saying, It was an important cultural center and Chinese colony after 108 B.C.,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], later fell to the Japanese,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and became capital of North Korea in 1948.
VANK said they found out that biggest U.S. English dictionary,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the American Heritage English Dictionary published in 2000,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], contains the same contents as well.
Park Gi-tae from VANK said, What is more serious is the fact that those web-sites that contain the distorted facts are the most popular with foreign minors.
Park added, The websites' historical distortions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as they go along with China's strategy of globalizing its Northeast Asia Project,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], are decisive evidence as to China's extensive campaign to make it a globally accepted fact that Koguryo is Chinese history.

A surge of violence in the West Bank and Gaza Strip is threatening the Mideast cease-fire,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The incidents coincided with a diplomatic storm as the British foreign secretary arrived for peace talks.
It was one of the deadliest days of violence since Israel and the Palestinians agreed to a cease-fire four months ago. Gunmen from the Islamic militant group Hamas shelled Jewish communities in the Gaza Strip and inside Israel. The barrage killed two non-Israeli workers,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], an Asian and a Palestinian. Hamas said the attacks were in retaliation for a visit by Israelis to a Jerusalem holy place that is sacred to both Muslims and Jews.
"Hamas is trying very hard to undermine our efforts to move toward peace with the Palestinian Authority,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," said Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom.
In the West Bank,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Israeli forces raided the town of Kabatiya and killed two Palestinians,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], including Maraweh Ikmil,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a local commander of the Islamic Jihad group. The army said he was planning an imminent attack.
Palestinian Chief Negotiator Saeb Erekat told VOA that the truce could collapse. "My reaction is that we must retain the quiet and the cessation of violence at any cost,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the situation is very dangerous,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he said.
The violence coincided with a new peace mission by British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw. But he shocked his Israeli hosts by disclosing that Britain has held contacts with elected officials from Hamas,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which is on the U.S. State Department's list of terrorist organizations. Mr. Straw insisted that Britain's policy hasn't changed. "And our policy is clear, we will have no dealings with the leadership of Hamas or other such organizations,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], unless and until they wholly renounce violence and they renounce their charter calling for the destruction of the state of Israel,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he said.
Both Britain and the US have been softening their approach to Hamas,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], after the group scored victories in Palestinian municipal elections. But Israel says contacts with Hamas will not advance the peace process.
